Pricks display (b)ad behaviour

Sexual frustration among male staff members is obviously a problem at Saatchi & Saatchi. Perhaps it is aroused by the recent ups and downs and to-ing and fro-ing and general friction experienced by the ad boys.

Outrageous behaviour was exhibited by the, er, relaxed boys at the recent Eurobest awards, where Michael Peters Ltd won the packaging Grand Prix.

Not only did Saatchi ad execs (uniformly male) slobber all over the nice young lady presenting the peculiar goldish prize-winning object, but when a screen commercial called Two Breasts was offered as runner up in one section – alongside Child and Puppy – a shout from the Saatchi table degenerated into a deafening chant: “Breasts, breasts, breasts, breasts, breasts…” Probably not surprising from the agency that gave us the pregnant man.

We can confirm that the male designers at MPL behaved with the utmost dignity and propriety, with civilised handshakes on receiving their award and no-one making a tit of himself. Huzzah!
