Ford has launched its new small car with a very small name, Ka. The Ka is ‘agile and easy on the driver and the environment’, claims Richard Parry-Jones, vice-president of Ford’s Vehicle Centre 1 in Detroit where the Ka was developed by Ford’s in-house teams. The car’s name was first used when the concept for the vehicle was revealed at the Geneva motor show in 1994. The Ka was launched in the UK last week at an event designed by Imagination. Two Ka’s were on show at London’s Mezzo restaurant. The launch literature was designed by Imagination (detail pictured above).
