RSCG Conran Design is creating a brand identity and pilot store for new franchise operation Cake & Eat It.
The cake-retailing project includes creating one or two pilot sites, probably in central London, which will be used to entice franchise operators to set up their own Cake and Eat It outlets.
Initially envisaged as small units, situated both in the high street and locations such as railway station concourses, Cake & Eat It will sell “quality, luscious” produce, comments RSCG design director Keith Appleby.
