Naval architect Marshall Meek takes over from Nick Butler as Master of the Faculty of Royal Designers for Industry at the Royal Society of Arts today.
Five designers, including David Hillman and Bob Crowley, have been elected to the faculty this year.
And Margaret ‘Percy’ Harris is today awarded the RSA’s Bicentenary Medal for her work supporting young theatre design talent.
