It’s astonishing to think that in this day and age, in a profession you would want to think of as enlightened, a figure such as Peter Higgins (Diary, DW 19 June) could use such such offensive language.
Having published the remarks that he made in a correspondence with the Design Week editor maybe you could allow him to explain himself?
Or maybe we should be reading The Sun.
