St Ivel is looking for new-product development specialists to complete a roster.
St Ivel, with brands including Gold and Shape, wants to build up its concept development work, says NPD marketing manager Penny Ridley.
“We have two NPD agencies on board and are looking to extend it to four,” says Ridley. The move does not threaten St Ivel’s packaging design roster of four consultancies, stresses Ridley. “We want real NPD young Turks, avant-garde thinking agencies, to work on new brand developments. We want people who are particularly creative,” she adds.
Ridley declines to name the two existing NPD consultancies on St Ivel’s books, or the four unaffected packaging design consultancies. The London Design Partnership and Blue Marlin have worked for St Ivel in the past.
